Ready, Set, Regret (Or Not! )

The location may be its only saving grace, but that’s about it! Check-in was a hassle and the staff had an attitude. The room smelled strongly of smoke, the bedding was stained, and I even encountered unfriendly insects. A big disappointment overall—definitely not worth the price.

I stayed for 2 nights in a king room, and while the sheets were clean, I found it uncomfortable due to the lack of blankets and a few cigarette burns on the bedspread. however, it was a quiet stay overall.

I had a decent stay and enjoyed the comfortable bed and the vending machine options were a nice touch. The outdoor pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day, and the sun terrace was a bonus too! The only downside was a bit of noise from the hallway, but overall it was a pleasant experience. 😊

Spacious room with friendly staff

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious room that allowed my kids to play comfortably, and the staff was genuinely friendly and attentive. However, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, notably the cigarette stains on the bedding and the overall lack of thorough cleaning.

The overall cleanliness was below par. the room had a distinct stale smoke odor that lingered throughout. I noticed the shower had visible mold, and the tiles didn't seem scrubbed. There was a lack of proper bedding, and guests might need to bring their own blankets as only the bedspreads with burn holes were provided. On top of that, the furniture was outdated, with one of the chairs at the small table feeling wobbly and unsafe. Overall, the facilities could really use an upgrade.

We had a decent stay here, especially since it was very convenient for visiting nearby attractions like Historic Mansker's Station and the Country Music Hall of Fame. The room was spacious enough for our family of six, allowing the kids to have some space to play.

My kids wished the bathroom had a tub instead of a shower, making it tricky to bathe the little ones properly.

great access to parks and local landmarks for city walkers

I loved how close we were to moss-wright park, which made for a lovely morning stroll, and being just a short drive from rivergate mall meant shopping was super convenient. the room was spacious enough for my needs, allowing me to unwind comfortably after a day of exploring, but the cleaning could use some improvement.
